David E. Fischer

I hired David on November 13, 2012 for a traffic ticket going 60 in a 45. I met with David he said he could get my ticket reduced for a total of $300.00, he was hired and paid with check number 3388. About four months later I was contacted and told I had a warrent for this ticket. I paid the ticke...t again to the court after not being able to contact David. Now I am out around $600.00 and can not get David to return my call. The web site I am not able to bring up either. I do have a copy of my receipt from David. WHAT THE ????????????
