Update: Belinda has an awesome paralegal Jeannie, who is so helpful and intelligent and when I can't reach my lawyer when pressing issues with an ex who is being extremely difficult and uncooperative and who refuses to follow court orders or even provide me with details that concern child, yet who in...sists that what they says, how they want it and what they demand be done and I am so stressed and can't reach my lawyer, Jeannie does a good job trying to manage the situation. Belinda did amazing in explaining the process to me and helping me understand but communication was/is horrible I asked multiple times I wanted a request for name change and after the divorce was final it was never included so now I have to wait to go through everything again. I have tried to call he...r multiple times and get out on hold to hear oh um she is in a meeting can I take your name and number so she can call back as soon as she is available ... and then I never get a call.

Belinda is very grounded in the Law, she gets the job done, she is very intelligent, smart, and compassionate, she hit the ground running and started working from the first day, she responds and communicates very timely, I am so happy and blessed to have found her! her paralegal is wonderful, knows t...he law and very detailed! I know I am in great hands with Belinda and her team. My case is still on going so I can't give any more details but whenever you find yourself heartbroken, abused or betrayed by the one you love and going through any type of family law issue don't waste time call Belinda, I highly recommend Belinda!

I would just like to point out that I feel the responses from Belinda are less than timely. The valuable line of communication is very limited. It has definitely been a disappointing experience to date, sometimes there has been a month between needed communication leaving me guessing. This leads me t...o feel the substantial cost is not fair when I am basically ignored. I had to bring up payment in order to have some communication which has left me feeling bitter even though I know that won't help the overall situation. My feelings are that this is not acceptable. I just want this to be over soon so I can move on with my life.

Upon hiring Belinda she has gone above and beyond for my case. Always responding in a timely manner, she has put my mind at ease throughout the duration of a troublesome divorce and custody case. She has always reached every deadline appropriately and has never faltered when it came to defending my c...haracter and life.
