Stephan Lindell Skepnek

Stephan Skepnek is a bankruptcy attorney with a background in civil litigation. He attended University of Chicago with a stint at Frieburg University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Germanic Studies before earning his Juris Doctor at the University of Kansas School of Law in 2015.

Beginning with his first position in his own father’s law firm, Skepnek found his niche through the challenge of client advocacy. He honed his research and analytical skills by tackling diverse areas of the law, and prefers complex cases that require collaboration across industries. He enjoys the opportunities bankruptcy law provides to advocate for people in times of financial crisis and finds the process of resolving adversary issues to be fulfilling.
