Biography
Attorney Lynn R. Johnson is a partner at Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, CHTD in Kansas City, Missouri. Lynn joined the firm in 1970 as an associate attorney and became a partner in 1974. A highly respected trial attorney, he has achieved numerous notable successes on behalf of his clients in personal injury litigation and has earned the esteem of his peers for his work and his commitment to the highest ethical standards of practice. Lynn is a member of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates and has earned an AV® Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® every year since 1976.
Lynn attended Kansas State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1967, and Washburn University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor with honors in 1970. In addition to his trial practice, Lynn frequently leads lectures and presentations at continuing education events for trial attorneys and has made more than 100 CLE presentations throughout the course of his career.
