Biography
Attorney David R. Morantz is an accomplished trial attorney who has successfully litigated numerous plaintiffs’ personal injury cases involving motor vehicle and transportation accidents, medical malpractice, and product liability. He joined Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, CHTD in Kansas City in 2005 after earning his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and became a partner in 2014.
Prior to his legal career, David was a newspaper reporter with The Associated Press and the Omaha World-Herald, where he focused on reporting on municipal service shortcomings. During his distinguished career, he was honored with numerous awards for his outstanding writing and reporting.
Now, David brings his same passion for serving as a voice for the voiceless to his practice of personal injury law. He is a dedicated advocate for the injured and strives to provide each of his clients with the care, respect, and attention they deserve.
