Attorney Daniel A. Singer is an accomplished personal injury lawyer in Kansas City, Missouri and a partner at Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, CHTD. After joining the firm in 2010, he eventually became a partner in 2018. Daniel focuses his practice on complex cases involving medical malpractice and negligence, as well as car and truck accident cases, premises liability claims, and sports-related injury cases.
Recently, Daniel worked alongside Attorney Lynn Johnson in obtaining an $11.5 million ruling in Riley County, Kansas in a case involving bad faith insurance and an insurer’s improper handling of a claim following a fatal aviation accident. He has also served as part of the trial teams in numerous other cases resulting in seven-figure settlements and verdicts.
