Bryce Bruce Bell

Bryce and his team are phenomenal! I went to him with an issue about a faulty car salesman that took my money. I originally set out to receive $1300 back, but Bryce won the case and I received almost 10 times that amount. He is very attentive. He told me in the beginning that he worked on several cas...es, but I never felt that way. I never talked to a voicemail when trying to reach him. Rather it was via email or phone, I never was left in the dark about anything in regards to my case. I was updated during each step of the way. He is not only very professional and very intelligent but a very down to earth person. He genuinely wants to help people who have been done wrong. I would not have done anything different during this process with Bryce and his team. I highly recommend them to anyone who feels as though they have been taken advantage of as a consumer.

I first consulted Bryce after a creditor garnished my bank account unjustly. His receptionist took the information and called me back the next day to set up a meeting. He got me in the day after that and we discussed my case. He was very knowledgeable of the law and immediately identified several law...s that had been broken by the collection agency. He then discussed my options and the process that would be involved for each so I knew exactly what would happen and approximate timelines. He was upfront with all fees and how he is compensated. I could tell he was very honest and seemed to be very good at what he did. I was right. He quickly filed our case and contacted the opposing counsel to begin negotiations. He kept us in the loop concerning all offers and counter offers making sure to check that we were comfortable with each one and guiding us through the process. It took several months of negotiating and ultimately a mediation session, but he fought hard and reached a very fair settlement with them. I'm not sure I would have reached as good of a settlement with another lawyer representing me. He never backed down when they tried to low ball us and had quick answer to all their defenses. No matter what they threw at him he was ready. He did a great job and I'd gladly recommend him to anybody.
