Jarrett Leiker

Jarrett Leiker is the Managing Partner and a Founding Member of SWL Injury Lawyers. Mr. Leiker resides in Lenexa, Kansas with his wife and daughter.

Throughout his life, Mr. Leiker has been devoted to being a voice for others when they need it most. The heart of his practice consists of advocating for people when they have been wronged or seriously injured. As a litigation and trial attorney, Mr. Leiker dedicates his time to making sure his clients’ interests are adequately represented. He is committed to providing his clients with the necessary strategy to succeed and regain the quality of life that they enjoyed before they were harmed. Mr. Leiker appreciates the strength and resilience his clients show throughout their cases, and as a result, he builds lifelong relationships with them and their families.

Throughout his career in personal injury litigation, Mr. Leiker has dedicated his practice to protecting the rights of people who have been seriously injured. He has represented numerous clients in cases involving catastrophic accidents and serious injuries. Mr. Leiker has assisted his clients in recovering substantial compensation for injuries, disfigurement, medical bills, lost wages, pain, and suffering.

Mr. Leiker received his undergraduate degree from Rockhurst University, and his law degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City. He joined a prestigious personal injury law firm in Kansas City after law school; the first associate the firm had ever hired directly out of law school. For several years, Mr. Leiker worked on multi-million dollar catastrophic personal injury cases that included railroad injuries, semi crashes, and gas explosions. As a result, he was able to sharpen his courtroom skills and the handling of high-level litigation.

Mr. Leiker then went on to launch his own firm for eight years before partnering with close friends James Stigall and Luke Whitworth in 2024 to form SWL Injury Lawyers. SWL’s mission is to serve the community by providing experienced legal counsel, exceptional care for his clients, and professional and consistent communication. SWL Injury Lawyers embraces the use of technology and a high-level service to deliver an unmatched client experience for every case. In addition, Mr. Leiker has been selected as a member of Super Lawyers Rising Stars and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, two prestigious organizations that award only the top attorneys in the nation.

Mr. Leiker has also been a lifelong practitioner of martial arts since the age of 3, under the instruction of his mother and father. During his athletic career, he competed in hundreds of tournaments around the world and earned 33 world championship titles. Mr. Leiker practiced martial arts until he retired from professional competition at the age of 30. Jarrett is a fierce competitor. The drive that once made him one of the best martial artists in the world, has shaped him into an attorney that is now focused on relentlessly fighting for his clients every day. No matter how big or small the case, Mr. Leiker advocates for every one of his clients to receive the best results possible.
