Arthur Arnold Tejeda

This Lawyer was hired to represent My fiance, he did not ever get a hold of either one of us to discuss the case except the day before we had Court, when he did finally get ahold of us he didn't really have the information to answer our questions in front of him, always seemed to make excuses for it ...and promised to get back ahold of us to let us know more. He would make promises to us that he didn't make good on. He said that he would get my fiance probation and he would not have to do jail time. I personally did more work and effort on gathering information and contacting people for him than he did himself. I feel like we paid him just to show up at Court and do nothing more than look like he was representing my fiance. The only thing that he did seem to do was file the paperwork needed to move the case along. He didn't even try to fight for my finance to keep him out of prison. And after they sentenced him to four years in prison. The lawyer said that he would start working on other cases he had going on and get them taken care of so when he got out of prison we wouldn't have to worry about dealing with those. He asked me to get a hold of him once my fiancee had been in prison for two weeks and he would get started on the other cases. So I did, yet when I called I had no answers from him until 2-3 months after my fiancee was in prison and he called me from the hospital to tell me that he was sorry and that he had been busy because his mother had fallen with a broken hip and he was trying to get her moved into a rehabilitation nursing home and wanted to know what I knew about the cases. Then after I had given him everything I knew he promised me that he would get back ahold of me in 3-4 days when he was back in his office in front of a computer and could look up more since he has that ability being a lawyer. Then I thanked him and hung up. He to this day has still not contacted me and my fiancee is now going through Court on these cases without any word from Arthur tejeda and has been appointed a public defender. He did not do anything he said he would and then abandon him once he was in prison.
