Tim Riemann represented me in a recent settlement. A cable company was laying a line along the yards in our street, and they hired a company to bore holes for this work. Their contractor bored a hole right into my sewer pipe out into my front yard, and waste water & sludge backed up into my tub and s...inks. I paid a few thousand dollars for a plumbing company to fix this mess. Their workers saw the boring hole in my pipe, and realized what had happened and took photos for proof that this was not my fault. Tim represented me and got the insurer for the boring company to pay me back every penny, and a bit more to pay for a continuing drain problem in my bathroom.
