Biography
Ben Fields is licensed in California, Missouri, and Kansas and has dedicated his practice to representing the victims of defective products and corporate misconduct. Ben spent the majority of his law school years and his first five years as a practicing attorney working at a Kansas City based firm with a national defective products practice where he exclusively represented people injured, and the families of those who had been killed, by defective products and other negligent conduct. In January, 2011 Ben formed the Fields Law Firm with that same focus, also with a national practice based in the Kansas City metro area.
Now with a location also in San Francisco, Ben continues the same specialized practice he has focused on his entire career. and has extensive experience in cases involving defects in a wide range of products, including: cars, trucks, child safety seats, commercial trucks, escalators, industrial equipment, chemicals, and consumer products for home use. Ben's experience also includes handling cases where harm was caused by negligent or reckless driving, faulty inspections of industrial equipment or escalators, dram shop liability, and negligent child care providers, among others.
