It really depends how thoroughly the company they use checks. They may well be able to get some of the police reports. Good luck.

You really need to get it paid so that you can get off probation. It is unlikely you will get off before it is paid. So if it isn't paid in time...

Yes, he is not entitled to time on parole and so if he violated they can do this. Hope that's helpful
