Do not hire this attorney he feeds you A lot of BS from day one he request a large retainer and then he does not follow through. He doesn't answer his phone he does not return emails he does not return voicemails. We hired him to get grandparent rights on our grandchild he took seven months to fil...e the motion he goes in front of the judge and flirts with the other female attorneys and flirts with the female judges jokes about partying with them has probably slept with many of them in the court house and admitted it to us that he cheats on his wife he hangs out at the bars with the judges and the other attorneys. He took our retainer took seven months to file the motion and then got our case dismissed because he didn't turn in some briefings on time. We filed a complaint took in front of the Missouri disciplinary committee they founded that he failed to represent us Reprimanded him with an admonition then we sued him in small claims for our retainer back and he laughed at us in front of the judge and the judge dismissed our case... saying that we'd have to hire an attorney and prove him neglect and that was it did nothing . So basically this guy got away with ripping us off he's a snake nobody hire him !!!

Once this attorney has his money, you will struggle to keep him on task for the duration of your legal process. He talks well and seems like a good old boy. My experience was he is easily overwhelmed at court, and can be intimidated by his peers. This leaves his clients in a vulnerable place. Bottom ...line, he makes promises he is not going to keep. He has one part time clerk, and he dosent answer the phone himself. You will leave a lot of voice mails!
