Honest attorney
Mark Allen was not the first attorney I talked to when looking for representation but he was the first honest, no sugar coating attorney I spoke with which is exactly why I went with him. This has literally been the smoothest life transition I could have asked for. Great communications!

When you need someone experienced...
I felt like Mark had my best interests at heart, he was on top of communicating with me or opposing counsel, he never confused my case with any others, and greatly helped me get more than I expected. He will definitely hear from me again, if/when needed.

Great Lawyer Great Results Very Reliable
I had two driving on suspended in Kansas city. I had one in Weston and one in Gladstone. everything got dropped to defective equipment, except for in Kansas city. I got unsupervised probation. Mark did a awesome job getting me out of the mess I was in. Now its all done I don't have many points against my license and can move on. I will continue to use Mark and I would recommend him to anyone. Very professional, gives you all the heads up you need, all with good results.

Mark is diligent, professional and has superior legal instincts. The high retainer he commands is very much worth it. Difficult cases he & his clients win are not because he is slick - Mark represents truthful and accurate clients. And he doesn't make mistakes in front of the judge. Advice I heeded from other clients and attorneys was to be calm, confident and truthful on the stand. Together with Mark's legal experience and instincts our case prevailed.

Divorce after 25 years
Divorce is hard enough. I had been with my Husband for 25 years and I can truly say...I never saw it coming! Mr. Allen was there for me every step of the way! I have recommended his practice to others and will continue to do so!

Couldn't be happier!!
If what you're fighting for is important to you, you can trust Mark Allen to be in your corner! I had a terrible experience with a previous attorney and he quickly got up to speed with the case, protected the safety of my kids and saved me a lot of money. I could not be happier with the outcome!

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL,
I was working with Mark from Out of state and he handled everything for me, all I had to do was show up to court and was in and out. Their were no surprises waiting for me in the court room. Mark was vert attentive and assertive and mater of fact with me. He kept me informed as my case proceeded. Their was never a doubt as to what was happening. I strongly recommend Mark to any one need legal advice or counsel and will definitely be using him in the future if need be.

Highly Recommended
I hired Mark and his team when I went through my divorce. As you can imagine this process is not fun but Mark was very helpful and explained everything in detail so I could understand. He was very responsive and always informed me what was going on in the process. If I had questions he was quick to answer. I would highly recommend Mark Allen and his team.

Timely Service, Great Outcome
Mark was able to achieve an excellent case outcome in an extremely timely fashion by reducing the infraction to a lesser offense at a reasonable cost. This is certainly not typical of previous legal interactions.

Detailed & Efficent
Mr. Allen was very detail orientated in this process. He was very responsive and helpful when it came to the financial part of the divorce. He was able to provide the answers I needed in a short amount of time. He looked at several different options for me and didn't pressure me, he allowed me to make my own decisions. He provided excellent resources for getting a home appraisal and financial advisement help. I am highly satisfied with Mr. Allen and his ability to put his client first. I sought Mr. Allen out as a second opinion from my previous lawyer. After spending 1 hour with him I knew I needed him on my side. He was able to tell me what I needed to know in one visit compared to 5 visits with my previous attorney. Mr. Allen was also very kindhearted and compassionate during this difficult process as was his staff.

Excellent lawyer...Even better person
I hired Mark to represent me through my divorce. He was always prompt and thorough in responding to my questions. He had my best interests in mind as a father of 2 young boys. In the end, the divorce went smoothly and Mark was there with me every step of the way.

Mark did a excellent job on my case for me. It was a long drawn out case but I got what I wanted. He helped me get full custody of both of my children. Being the father this isn't the case normally. He was very helpful and explained what he thought he could realistically do. He was very experienced and pretty much knew what was going to happen before we even entered the court room. He really seemed to care for my case and wanting to help me.

Mark and his staff were wonderful. They would promptly return any emails or phone calls. I needed help with a child support matter and they were able to obtain a very favorable outcome. Mark Allen is affordable and very efficient!!
I had two charges, one drug paraphilia charge and a speeding ticket. I contacted Mark and he assured me that everything would be taken care of. Sure enough he was right! For only $500.00 he not only got my drug paraphilia charge completely dropped but my speeding ticket reduced to a defective speedometer which was a small fine. I ended up with no points on my license and a clear record! I highly recommend Mark if your looking for an affordable effective Lawyer.
