Karl Krauss not only took care of a case for myself but also my Husband. From the start to the end of both cases he was excellent at keeping in contact with us so that we could stay on top of the case, aware and caring of our concerns, efficient in finding out every detail that he possibly could that... might come up in the proceedings and very honest!
