About Jennipher
Biography
Jennipher M.C. Hawkins (formerly Jennipher M. Cromley) is a criminal defense, traffic law, and family law attorney at Aramjoo Law Firm.
Jennipher grew up in Blue Springs, Missouri, and graduated from Blue Springs High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law/Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Justice Studies with a minor in Philosophy from Avila University, graduating summa cum laude.
Jennipher received her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. While at UMKC, Jennipher became extremely interested in trial work and was actively involved in the trial advocacy program. Jennipher took multiple courses in trial advocacy, criminal law, and is a certified Guardian ad Litem. During law school, Jennipher gained experience by volunteering at the Jackson County Public Defender’s office, assisting with Mid-West Innocence Project cases, and competing across the nation in mock trial tournaments.
Having once been in foster care herself, Jennipher strives to ensure every person receives their day in court and has a chance to tell their story. Jennipher hopes that she can use her childhood experiences with the legal system to help families and children understand the legal process and ease families through difficult transitions.
