Never kept communication.

Mr. Culotta was appointed to me 2 years ago in a still ongoing custody case. Me.Culotta never shared any information with me, nor did he communicate with me. I've a record of call logs where I called & emailed him over 70 times in just 3 months alone. Heed never see me unless it was literally 5 minue...ts until court. When he would he'd simply tell me "Just sit there and look pretty and be quiet. I got this". I filed a complaint with the disciplinary committee against Mr.Culotta, in his response to the complaint, Mr.Culotta had claimed I was aggressive, he also said I shouldn't have my kids because "she's Wiccan and a practicing witch". Mr.Gregory Culotta is a lousy attorney who will NOT have your best interest, nor does he genuinely care about your child/children. Mr.Gregory Culotta never did anything, never filed any papers on my behalf. Nor did Culotta ever bother to return contact to my domestic violence advocate. In fact Mr.Culotta had made inflammatory comments against my advocate. In his response to my complaint, that my advocate harassed him with too many phone calls. All the while Culotta never bothered to answer a single message. Do not believe Gregory Culotta when he claims he'll help you. I give Gregory Culotta a F.

This lawyer is a sexual predator on desperate woman fighting for their children

this attorney was court appointed for me and started out with a sexual advance toward me when I declined he refused to represent me in the court of law to the fullest of his ability he is a creep and should loose his state license to practice from the bar association

Do not go to this lawyer

He comes off very nice and positive, telling you he can do whatever you want. Then you pay him the money and he comes back telling you that what you want, he can't do and refuses to give you any of your money back because he already "did some work on the case".

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
