Stephanie’s legal career has been exclusively focused in the practice of criminal law. In the criminal justice system, courtroom experience is a valuable commodity. Stephanie has spent nearly every day of her legal career inside the courtroom as both a defense attorney and a prosecutor. 

As a former prosecutor, she has first-hand knowledge and insight into criminal cases from the prosecution’s perspective enabling her to efficiently recognize weaknesses in the Government’s case. Additionally, as a prosecutor, she worked closely with law enforcement. She is uniquely familiar with law enforcement policy and procedure regarding proper report writing, searches and seizures, witness interviews, interrogations, crime-scene processing and the preservation of evidence. This inside knowledge allows her to effectively scrutinize each case for police error and aggressively protect the rights of her clients.
