As a single woman in my early sixties with no children, I needed to ensure my estate plan was in-order giving my peace... of mind prior to undergoing major surgery. Jennifer truly cares about her clients, listens, and translates their needs to a final work product of the highest quality. She was very responsive and thorough in setting up my estate plan. Only two phone consultations and two in-office visits were needed to complete the process. Jennifer and her office staff were very professional and helpful in setting up meetings, and especially during the final meeting for signing the final estate plan documents. She provided everything I needed including hard copy and electronic copies of all the documents, letters for changing beneficiary designations, and helpful checklists to use in follow-up. I hired Jennifer to handle my late mother's estate right when Covid hit in April of 2020. We dealt with many challenges including not being able to use my mother's existing will along with all of the beauracratic roadblocks in place due to the pandemic and she went above and beyond to handle things f...or me during the long probate process. It was a very stressful time but Jennifer made sure I was taken care of and that my mother's estate was properly managed. I would easily hire her again.
