We had used Jennifer to help us settle our daughter's small estate after her death. Jennifer made a tedious task simple and because of that we sought her out two years later when my wife and I decided that we needed to prepare for our retirement and protect ourselves in the case of one of us needing... intense medical care later in life. While I have not hired Jennifer, the time and service gave would lead one to think I had. The one who took my initial call was friendly, helpful, and set up our appointment at a satisfactory time. The inquiries had to do with a elder with dementia, family dynamics, and legalities-including finances.... As could be expected, Jennifer is a great listener. Further, she has personal experience in dealing with someone with dementia and the evolving host of challenges and logistics therein. This enabled her to truly relate in such a way that shows she really knows all the aspects involved. In truth, her advice was not steered toward hiring her for this issue at this time. Rather, her advice was steered to finding a more amicable and less complicated solution among family members. More specifically, the inquiry circled around the income/finances of a family member with dementia and the logistics of an equitable distribution while also managing the logistics of caregiving. Our discussion revealed her valuable insight. I would recommend Jennifer for issues of this type. Further, I’ll be glad to trust Jennifer to handle the legalities and related aspects my own trust.
