I made an initial appointment with Jennifer's staff regarding my father's estate and Jennifer called me back later that day to share her condolences regarding my father's passing. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. We had used Jennifer to help us settle our daughter's small estate after her death. Jennifer made a tedious task simple and because of that we sought her out two years later when my wife and I decided that we needed to prepare for our retirement and protect ourselves in the case of one of us needing... intense medical care later in life. I hired Jennifer to handle my late mother's estate right when Covid hit in April of 2020. We dealt with many challenges including not being able to use my mother's existing will along with all of the beauracratic roadblocks in place due to the pandemic and she went above and beyond to handle things f...or me during the long probate process. It was a very stressful time but Jennifer made sure I was taken care of and that my mother's estate was properly managed. I would easily hire her again.
