Jason Moehlman has the experience and knowledge to guide you through the labyrinth of laws and regulations to help you achieve your goals. He has represented his clients before Missouri Circuit Courts and Federal District Court, the IRS and various Missouri Probate Courts.
Prior to opening his own firm in 2008, Mr. Moehlman practiced law with a regional full- service law firm and a local plaintiff’s firm, as well as a legal agency in the public sector. These associations afford him a well rounded approach to your legal matters.
Mr. Moehlman received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2002, and a Masters in Laws in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2006.
He is a member of the Missouri State Bar, Missouri, 2003; U.S. Tax Court, 2010; U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, 2010, and is licensed to appear before the Internal Revenue Service.
