Osgood Didn't Defend Me
In 2011 I was indicted for federal wire fraud related to five homes I purchased in 2006 with the intention of flipping them. The prosecutor offered 18-24 months in prison, but I knew I had not agreed to anything that was false or fraudulent. Against the advice of Mr. Osgood, I proceeded to trial. ...
I dispute most of the information in this post. The case was well tried. The defendant testified but was convicted. The case was affirmed on appeal. There was not post conviction relief. The conviction is final.
"I endorse this lawyer. I know Mr. Osgood as a Prosecutor and a fellow defense attorney. He is a great advocate for his client and a straight shooter."
