Bad lawyer
Very, very long-winded. Jay dragged his feet, did not complete a key filing (I told him it was my #1 priority) for nearly a month, which allowed the other side to outmaneuver us. Jay didn't seem to care about me or my children's needs, and consequently he did a very poor job.
