Jay David DeHardt

Jay represented me in a divorce concerning child custody, there were some issues we had to take care of and when those issues were brought back before the judge I was granted full and equal access to my children, the problem was my ex wife did not like how things went and do to a technicality Jay had... waited too long to bring these issues before the judge and should have sought out a motion to modify as a result when she filed an appeal she won and I lost on these technical grounds for which the first year law student would have picked up on and as a result I never got very good visitation with my children while they were growing up and to this day they resent it.
