MR.KINNEY WAS VERY UPFRONT ABOUT THE CHARGES AND LET US KNOW THE WORST CASE. BUT ALWAYS TOLD US THE BEST WAY TO NAVIGATE THIS CASE. HE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME IN A FELONY DRUG CHARGE AND EVEN GOT IT CHANGED TO A VA COURT. WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW OF SUCH A COURT. HE IS FAIR AND GOOD WITH PEOPLE. I WO...ULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.

Brandon sent me a letter offering representation after receiving a ticket for disregarding sign/barricade. Was going to pay the fine, but looked up the Violation of Statute/Ordinance Charge Code from the ticket online, and I was really being charged with Hazardous Driving. I left him a msg & he call...ed back promptly. He explained the facts & consequences/took my case for a great price, went to court for me & saved me $$$ in the long run. He answered my calls/texts in a timely manner. An added plus, he's polite.

The police went well beyond the scope of their search warrant of my house, then got a 2nd warrant to cover what actually did, 2 days AFTER they arrested me. They touched nothing described in the 1st warrant. The prosecutor knew a 1st year law student could beat this case, so they only asked for proba...tion. This was my 2nd D felony. When I asked Mr Kinney about filing a Franks motion, all he wanted to do is wait to hear prosecution's offer. For months I asked for my discovery, to see why he wouldnt file. I got it 45 mins before going in front of the judge to cop to it. Im glad the prosecutor only tried for probation, since my lawyer didnt try to stop them. The other 2 people that were charged, had their cases dismissed. I honestly believe I would be free if I had used a public defender, or filed a Franks motion myself. Mr Kinney is a very pleasant person, but worthless as a lawyer.
