Hired her because I felt my p d wasn't doing anything to represent me.I'm unprotected by my p d.I was under the influence Kristen would at least help me be sentenced.Instead I'm sent a leer GoDirectlyToDOC or call MO.??I had to call a man who was lying against me.Now he's my ProbOfficee.So this gal n...ot only helped me she was guided by the opposition prosecutor had written down what she was to say to the judge.And my plea agreement was gone so I had no due process Found out There was no search warrant to begin with.I was locked out of my own residence by police they lied to me Made me feel threatened without any Information there wasn't a search warrant until one or two days after I was in custody.But my bond was 250.000.00All the medication I take daily I was charged with.Where did my rights go?No one even tried to get anything done to help me get charges dropped they just let things pile up and added to my sentence in which on probation its still going on.I'm on full disability and ordered to do 20 hours a week till probation ends in 5 years.What can I do to stop this under the table dishonest.
