I hired Kelle to represent me in a child modification case brought on by my ex-husband. Kelle and I worked together for six months leading up to our court date. I had many doubts throughout the process, nothing to do with Kelle, just with myself and the system. After months of gathering this and that and preparing, attending mediation and court, and then waiting around, I "won" my case. I use the word "won" lightly because litigation isn't a game to me. Litigation is ugly and stressful and can bring the absolute worst out of people. But yes, the Court deemed there was no need to modify child support and things remain as they were declared in the original decree. Kelle is a true gem of a human being, a real girl's girl, and I am so grateful to her and for her. Even if we had gotten a different ruling, Kelle would still remain high on my list.
