Let me start by saying that I am the father of two beautiful children, and happily married to my second wife. I'm a blue collar guy that works construction 40+ hours a week, and I have nearly zero higher education. The reason I want anybody that reads this review to know this information is because t...hroughout the last 10 months of my custody case, Dan made sure I knew what was going on. It's real easy to get lost and confused in all the legal talk, but Dan took the time to make sure I understood everything and all the previous grey areas in my prior parenting plan were cleared up. The end result of my case I was more than satisfied with. The custody arrangement was changed in my favor. The child support, address, and basically everything I asked for was changed in my favor. Some would call that a miracle, but I know the majority of it was because of Dan and his dedication to doing what's right. It was a rough road, just like any other custody case, but I knew Dan was looking out for me and the best interests of my two children. Although I pray I NEVER have to go down this rough road again, if I ever do Dan is the guy I want in my corner. He was honest, fair, and logical. I can't thank him enough for everything his firm did for me. All custody cases are different. All I can recommend is keep doing the right thing for your children. Don't let your own feelings get in the way. And definitely don't go into ANY kind of custody case out of spite for the other parent. Because EVIDENCE speaks louder than words. Good luck to anyone that may be experiencing what I just went through. Keep your head, and never stop being a good parent. One day the kids will see things for how they really are.
