Will is the man! 100% recommend and I've dealt with a LOT of attorneys. I had a tricky real estate issue to resolve. I was referred to another Kansas City area law firm that ... tried... but ended up only billing hours for a failed attempt to negotiate with a builder that was trying to renege on a sa...les agreement and other responsibilities. That previous lawyer just threw in the towel and took my $250/hr or whatever he took - and had the nerve to send me a bill for more than the retainer for time he supposedly spent trying to work things out... I mean he tried but it was not until I went to Will Dauster that I got anything accomplished. Will picked up where the other attorney gave up and made calls and sent demands and actually - get this - WORKED for the money and he earned every penny! My wife and I are now the proud owners of our home and have a nice settlement as a result of Will's hard work. I've dealt with many attorneys through the years as a business owner and can say without a doubt that Mr. Dauster is just about as good as they get. He's a true advocate for his client and is not afraid to litigate - which I think is why others eventually back down. My first attorney gave up when it meant that he would likely have to litigate... Mr. Dauster never gave up on me. He saw thru the unusual forms and contracts and found the duties and what I was saying was mostly correct and managed to actually negotiate but was more than willing to litigate the matter - which I think was ultimately what was needed. I'm glad it all worked out and I thank GOD that Mr. Dauster was able to step in and help my family out when we were beyond stressed and worried about being kicked out of the home we had built and put so much money into. (BTW: he's cheap compared to the other law firm too - he got the job done and the others just billed for hours without any resolution or desired outcome).
