Lindsey Anne Waits

Paid lindsey waits $3,200 in 2016 just for her to NOT SHOW UP FOR COURT 3 TIMES!!! Sent her associate Mr witteman, who knew nothing about my case. At the 3rd hearing i was cornered into making a decision or threatened to pay my ex's court costs. It was a complete disaster! I've waited 7 years to wri...te this review because I didn't want to say anything out of anger. I still feel the same way about this "attorney". Please DO NOT waste your time or money for legal representation that doesn't even take the time to show up for your important court date!

To my surprise, my first face to face with Lindsey was on Good Friday. She didn't want to wait until Monday to hear my story. She has handled every aspect of my divorce with devotion to my cause. If what I wanted wasn't in the best interest of my case, she explained how her approach was a better idea..., and she was always right. We have one more court date coming up in a few days, and Lindsey has my complete confidence that she will do what's right for me. I have trouble keeping her business cards with me, since I pass them out regularly when someone asks who I used for my divorce. Thank you Lindsey!

I can tell you about a few of her clients that she disclosed to me in great detail. However they could probably tell you all about me. She had no clue how to even make me feel comfortable. In the end she appeared to be on the other side. She NEVER had my interest at heart. I retained her service ...to defend my motion to family access. Not only did she allowed herself to get bullied. She would forward me the attacks from my ex attorney. She would argue with me and still to this day my childs brother being inappropriate with her was never addressed. If I'd kept her on the case I would have lost custody all because I wanted to protect my child. She let me reopen my child support case in the middle of the family access. Which they threw together and all it did was stall me and make me lose money. Maybe because she dont have kids she lacks empathy. I'm not sure but I'll NEVER recommend her to anyone.

I hired Lindsey for my divorce with children. From the beginning of the process, she was completely transparent about expectations and the timeline. Lindsey was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I felt as though she really advocated for my best interest and my children. The entire proce...ss was fast and painless with her help. I highly recommend Lindsey to anyone going through a separation.
