She sounded great on my initial conversation with her and said all the right things. She said she would get started right away as soon as she received payment. I spoke with her weeks later and she said she was waiting to see what the other party did. I told her that I wanted her not to wait and she s...till did nothing. Weeks after that, I called her office every day with information pertaining to the case. Two weeks went by and she never called me back. I called the owner of the firm and I was very nice. I asked him to have her call me as I had information for the case. About a week later, I received some of the money that I sent her. She cost me both time and money that I did not have.
