Jacob Aaron Sells

We had this attorney for custody court. He told us up until court that my daughter would be coming home with me the day of court. The day of court came and he told the judge that she was better off left at my mom's which is a horrible environment for her and they know it. Then we had him again twice ...in my son's juvenile cases and my daughters juvenile case to which he refused to tell the judge all the evidence and when my ex husband said that he would take my son until we figured everything out, he told my ex husband to shut up, in open court and that they were trying to get my son home with me. My son has been at the detention center for a month now because Jacob can't get his crap together.

Jacob represented my son who is 2yrs of age. My son was hit in the mouth by the mothers fiancé and injures occurred. I showed Jacob upon the initial visit documentation of the occurrence. At the hearing the judge asked if he had anything to present to him and he said “no I do not” and the case was im...mediately dismissed. Jacob literally never said any other words than this during the hearing. I’m not really sure why he was there at all.
