Malaine P. Hagemeier

Malaine filed documents that were detrimental to a severely disabled individuals case. She refused to use hundreds of psychiatric documents submitted for the adult guardianship hearing. She would get ask for a neuropsychological evaluation, she never did. She asked me if I wanted her to file document...s and I told her no, then did it anyway. she asked me if I wanted to use different doctors, I said yeah. I sent her hundreds psychological evaluation pages to use in court, she used a Dr. with conflict of interest instead. When you hire someone to represent you, you don't believe that they're going to cut you and your family members throat, but that is definitely what this woman did. She buries you in a grave along with your severely mentally and physically ill family member. How can this woman have a bar number?

Worst experience in my life. Malaine did not look out for our best interest in a family law case nor the children. I am starting all over after retaining her and now have a new firm to clean up the mess and do all that she refused to. A lot of money went to accomplish nothing as well as continuous th...reats when I questioned as to why something was done. Good luck if you have retained her. I was told that the first month and regret not listening and cutting my loss early on. I am hoping this will help the next parent do the same.
