Our entire family of four fell apart, a very simple case snowballed. We had to move away (threats and intimidation by local law enforcement, myself and my children) and scatter apart. The marriage couldn’t handle it, especially after one spouse was taking inside by two officers and told what to wri...te (bogus witness statement). With one piece of paper (that this attorney claimed was never supplied to him) and the key witness that could have testified (and wanted to) for an unquestionable dismissal (either way, the paper or the witness, only one or the other was needed) however, the witness was given the wrong day and time this attorney at the last minute, preventing the witness’s testimony for defense. Everything snowballed and now, consequentially, due to all of the emotional pain, our son is dead. He trusted this man. Please, pray for our other son who is struggling. All of this destroyed our lives. We were a beautiful family of four, now a family no more.

I hired Mr Kasper to handle my divorce. He would not call me back for days / weeks on end even during the middle of a custody battle in which my ex threatened to leave the state with my child. He did not inform me of how the process worked and left me hanging with many questions. When a guardian... Ad litem (GAL) was assigned to my case he failed to inform me that I only had 10 days to get her removed if I wasn't comfortable with her. During that 10 days my ex's attorney worked the GAL hard and got her in my spouses corner while Mr. Kasper kept ignoring my calls. Once I met with the GAL and I realized that she had been swayed I tried to get ahold of Mr. Kasper again and he still wouldn't return my calls. Only after speaking with yet another attorney was I informed of this 10 day rule. As a result I lost majority custody of my child and must now pay large child support payments.
