I hired Mr Kasper to handle my divorce. He would not call me back for days / weeks on end even during the middle of a custody battle in which my ex threatened to leave the state with my child. He did not inform me of how the process worked and left me hanging with many questions. When a guardian... Ad litem (GAL) was assigned to my case he failed to inform me that I only had 10 days to get her removed if I wasn't comfortable with her. During that 10 days my ex's attorney worked the GAL hard and got her in my spouses corner while Mr. Kasper kept ignoring my calls. Once I met with the GAL and I realized that she had been swayed I tried to get ahold of Mr. Kasper again and he still wouldn't return my calls. Only after speaking with yet another attorney was I informed of this 10 day rule. As a result I lost majority custody of my child and must now pay large child support payments.
