I got this respond from a service manager at a dealership, can they respond in this manner, is this legal?

Was your vehicle under warranty? If the warranty covers the problem, it should be fixed regardless whether the dealership likes you, or vice versa....

We've had an assessment at our condo building : $5434.78 to be paid before May 15th. Anything after that will accrue interest.

What's your condo association declaration say about assessments? Is it being followed? If so, it is probably "legal."

Sounds like your situation is an individualized experience with a bad company. It would be tough to get that situation certified as a class action

There is a process for obtaining a judgment against the garnishes for not answering the garnishment. Of you prevail, you may get the judgment...
