The complaints she's made are likely "privileged" and this not a basis for a defamation suit. A stern lawyer letter might do the trick.

Yes, just as you could get sued for a silly posting on AVVO. Both such suits would be without legal merit, however.

Nope. Unless the read stains were documented as being there when you moved in, you would likely be held responsible if a judge were deciding.
