Need to post under OK law. You will likely need an attorney there to dissolve the common law marriage in OK. It is one of the few remaining...

He should go to court and ask for a continuance for time to hire a criminal defense attorney. With an attorney he probably will not do jail time...

The city ordinance can be more restrictive than the State law. A city ordinance cannot be less restrictive than than the State law.
