While at work I was bittien by a Brown Recluse spider, wich did a lot of damage to my leg. can I file a claim?

You probably have a valid workers compensation claim. Your employer does not "file a claim." You (or your attorney) does.

I was in an car accident, I was ticketed for running a red light, I later found out my insurance had lapsed, what shoud I do?

If the other driver was not hurt (or was only injured to a minor extent) it is highly unlikely he will get an attorney to file against an uninsured...
