Maria Perron has been a trial lawyer for over 25 years. She has represented clients injured as a result of defective products, medical negligence and catastrophic accidents. Ms. Perron currently concentrates on employment litigation including violations of the Missouri Human Rights Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act and Title VII Discrimination Laws. Before starting a practice with her husband, Ms. Perron was an associate with Carr, Korein, Tillery where she handled medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Ms. Perron and her husband Martin Perron have handled complex product liability cases and often represent clients who have been turned down by other larger firms. Both she and her husband have represented clients who were unable to afford legal counsel. Ms. Perron serves as a Board Member and Vice President of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
She has been an adjuct professor at Webster University and Maryville University where she has taught graudate and undergraduate courses in legal studies. She has been a Guardian et litem for the St. Louis County Family court where she represented children who were victims of child abuse and neglect. Ms. Perron also served for many years on the board of the Children's Advocacy Center.
