Very Good experience

My husband had a fall at work injuring his neck and back. We knew it was a serious injury, and that we better get a lawyer to represent us. We had no idea where to turn. I opened up the paper and saw an advertisement for Cynthia Hennessey’s Workers Comp 101 the workshop. We cleared our calendar and... went. I can only say we left absolutely amazed and sure that Cynthia Hennessey was going to be our lawyer. She is a nurse and a workers comp specialist. In 2 hours she taught us more than I ever believed I could learn about Work Comp insurance companies, the Second Injury Fund, Social Security, future medical treatment etc. She was funny, smart and informative. Our case is still pending as my husband has just had his 3rd surgery. But I couldn’t be happier with our choice of lawyer. I highly recommend her.

Excellent Lawyer

Two years ago I slipped on an icy walkway while making a delivery for work (I am a truck driver). I didn’t know any lawyers. I was referred to Cynthia Hennessey from my friend at work. He hired Cynthia for a case and had nothing but great things to say about her. I wound up needing surgery on my... neck for a disc and my shoulder for a rotator cuff repair. By the time I was done treating, work wouldn’t take me back because I wasn’t 100% and I was pretty sure I couldn’t get any other company to hire me at 57 years old with these injuries. Cynthia fought Workman’s Comp to get me benefits from them. Then she fought Social Security Disability. Meanwhile we also had a case against the company that owned the property (I can’t say who because it is confidential). We had a formal mediation for that case in front of a judge, and wound up getting a very good settlement that compensates me for my wages and other benefits that I am out as well as for pain and suffering. Cynthia was always very nice to deal with. I never felt like I was bothering her when I called, and I called a lot. I have heard a lot of horror stories from other people about their lawyers, but Cynthia was great. I highly recommend her

Very Nice Attorney

My husband and I hired Cynthia Hennessey to handle my accident case. She was highly recommended by another patient sitting in the waiting room at my doctor’s office. I had both a Workmens Comp case and a Personal Injury case because my truck was hit by another truck while I was on the job. Cynthia... was like an angel. I am the type that nothing ever goes my way. My work fired me because the doctor put restrictions on me of no lifting. At my age, (56) I knew no one else was ever going to hire me. Cynthia actually cared about me. She knew I had no money coming in, so she worked fast to get everything filed and pushed hard for a fast trial date even though the insurance company kept trying to delay it. I would have lost everything if she didn’t work so hard. She knew everything about Social Security Disability, Workmens Comp, Second Injury Fund and Trucking cases. She got me disability from Social Security, a great settlement from the Workmens Comp insurance company and life time weekly benefits from the Second Injury Fund. Then she got me a good settlement from the trucking case. I thank God I found her. I have recommended her to my neighbor and my nephew and both have also had a great experience.
