Professional Experience

Prior to founding The Hayden Law Firm, Amanda gained more than 15 years of experience in business and finance where she refined her skills in strategic negotiation, strategic planning, and financial analysis — all of which are crucial to helping personal injury victims successfully dispute the aggressive tactics of large insurance companies.

After graduating from St. Louis University School of Law, Amanda worked in the federal court system in multidistrict litigation where she successfully advocated for thousands of clients in multimillion-dollar lawsuits against major drug companies that produce the drugs Xarelto and Pradaxa. Amanda also served as an attorney for the fifth largest bank in the United States where she supervised and directed the equity installment pipeline for the federal tax credit portfolio of investments valued in excess of $3.6 billion dollars.
