Review of Phil Kaiser

Phil has been--and continues to be--our company's lead attorney for some 30-years handling contracts, business formation, acquisitions, anti-trust, banking, lending agreements, human resources, estate planning, real estate, and many other areas. He is a trusted member of our management team as... rarely do we make important decisions without seeking his wisdom and counsel. He isn't risk-averse and therefore seeks ways to implement progressive ideas that have made our company one of the leaders within our industry. In fact, he often suggests innovative work-arounds or alternatives that make us money and grow our position in the marketplace. Another thing I like about him is that he works with the many strong and differing personalities of our company from offices across America. Phil is sociable; he is considerate of his time and ours; his billing is always accurate. And, finally, he is ethically stalwart.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
