This lawyer did not do a thing for me and talks way too much on the phone. Do not go to her, she will charge you money just to call you every week and talk for hours and she is delusional. The initial reason I decided to go with Phyllis Weinberger instead of another attorney was because she offered all the attorney fees back if she wasn't able to knock the points off my liscense. She managed to get my 30 mph in a work zone misdemeanor dropped with no points on my liscense, only had to ...pay court fees and do 10 hours of community service. Besides the legal aspect of this, Phyllis was also very personable and comforting. She was always there on the phone when I was having a tough time and eased my mind every time. I would definitely recommend Phyllis Weinberger to anyone in need of a lawyer. In fact, I've already referred her to a friend and she helped her get very minimal charges for her THIRD DUI.
