Best Ever!!
Ray was an outstanding tax attorney and an even better human being. He was a good friend and always made the daunting task of tax returns look easy. He was my friend, a kind, gentle, honest man who cared very much about his clients and people in general.

Not reliable
I paid him in full to handle my bankruptcy case. He moved from his Clayton office without notifying his clients. Had a had time tracking him once he moved. Once I tracked him he avoided all of my phone calls. I had to pay another attorney to do my bankruptcy case. Very disappointed in the servic...
