Attorney Mark D. HirshFeld

Attorney Mark D. HirshFeld was hired by both me and my husband to file our Divorce. My ex-husband did not stick to his agreement so I paid Attorney HirshFeld 920.00 Total to have my ex- husband served and have him come back to court before the Judge to make sure he sticks to his commitment the both ...of us agreed to. Well, My ex - husband hired his attorneys; by the way he did not have to pay a dime because he worked for the company. And my attorney who was hired by both of us at the time said, that he appeared in court for the second time and was told by my ex-husbands attorneys my case is a matter of federal law, they do not have to abide by the Judge decision. Even though both me and my ex agreed to the Judgement. Mark HirshFeld said that there was a problem, the server served the receptionist instead of my ex-husband, and had him served again and personally served on him. Whatever that means. Attorney HirshFeld wanted more money because of the time; and my ex-husband attorneys where arguing that my case is a matter of Federal Law. I sent a letter to him stating that I no longer need his service, after talking to a few other attorneys I concluded that I would like to have my money returned to me so that I can hire an attorney who was not involved with neither my ex-husband or myself. Because, honestly there where to many problems and nothing was being resolved concerning this case. And then this is a conflict of interest because he represented the both of us in the Divorce. I talked with Attorney HirshFeld and complained to the Missouri Bar Association and he refuses to give me my money back. He hung up the phone when I talked with him in a professional manner. because he did not want to hear of it. This is a sure sign of Bullying a client and it is very unfair and unjust. I had him on open line with a few people to hear how he talks to me and it was disgraceful. I am already dealing with the fact that my ex-husband is not being fair to me by not sticking to his commitment we both agreed to. Now, I have to deal with an attorney who do not want to return my money back? Not fair at all. I will continue to fight this until some Justice is served for sure. I have letters to prove all of this. I just want my money back because he did not assist me correctly. Not downgrading him, maybe the other clients had a good experience with him. Honestly, I did not, and he has been an attorney for 43 years. He knows that he do not suppose to represent me, knowing that it is a conflict of interest when he represented both me and my ex-husband in Divorce court. It is in the files.
