Rosanne S. Horan

5 STARS Rosanne for years has gone above and beyond to help me in any legal battle I have had. She is 1 in a million. I have never met someone so tenacious and truly cares and fights for her clients. This woman is a God send and CHAMPION at what she does. I can't thank her and her staff enough for... all they have done to help me over the years. And special shout out to Dawn as well best front of house customer service I have ever had. She always calms me down and gives me hope in the worst of times. Love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I refer them to everyone I know.

Our family hired Ms. Horan to complete a family trust. She did not listen to the head of the family, she instead only listen to one member of the family. Ms. Horan took that one members side and manipulated the head of the family to do what that one member wanted against all the other family members... thoughts and wishes. Ms. Horan was rude, condescending, and unprofessional to the rest of the family. Several times the head of the family asked for the completed copy of the trust so we could take it to another lawyer to fix, and Ms. Horan never provided a finished copy of the trust to the family, even though it was paid in full. She is not to be trusted in our opinion.
