I had originally been denied for my SSA disability claim. I contacted Tom, our initial phone conversation was well over an hour. He was very thorough in explaining the process to me as well as listening carefully to my case. I ultimately hired him to represent me. I can't imagine going through th...e appeal process without his assistance. Tom was very responsive when I needed to contact him. I never felt rushed during phone calls or during office meetings. He contacted all of my providers, filed all of the necessary paperwork, and kept me apprised of the process along the way. While providing guidance throughout the entire process; he was very respectful of what I wanted. At the time of my hearing he prepared me for what to expect and seemed to ask all the right questions to fill in the blanks of my work and medical history. I received a partially favorable decision, the date of onset was adjusted by the judge from the original claim. I was very pleased with the decision and would highly recommend working with Tom for any disability claim. He is very thorough, has an extensive history with the process as well as the individuals involved in disability claims and will walk you through the process with the highest level of comfort. My suggestion would be to work with him from the onset (initial claim) to try to avoid an initial denial, I wish I would have.
