I am writing this in response to the retaliatory “review” posted on 12/5/22 by a car dealership owner. This individual never consulted me for legal services. In fact, I went to his place of business in hopes of purchasing a vehicle and due to the interaction I left a negative review on Google. Accord...ingly, he wrote this negative review about me. Below is my review of his business and his response. Tamar’s review: Walked into this dealership to buy a car for my son’s 16th birthday. I was wearing a blue medical face mask because I have an infant (which was with me). The guy working inside immediately yelled at me “Get out with a mask on. Can’t wear a mask here.” I was so taken aback. Needless to say I got back into my car and left. Response from the owner a year ago Tamar I would have gladly came outside for customer service had you knocked on the door instead of entering our premises with both masks and hats on, while clearly disregarding the sign posted on the front door which states "NOTICE!! DO NOT ENTER!! WITH MASK, HOODIE, SUNGLASSES OR HATS!! IF SO, YOU ARE NOW TRESPASSING!! For security reasons in the City of St. Louis we do not permit such items to be worn inside our building. Selling a car is not worth getting shot, killed or robbed, therefore we do not permit those with identities concealed by clothing and accessories. When entering private property, respect the owners rights to safety and you'll have a much better experience.
